Welcome to Coach Bachmann. By accessing our website, purchasing digital programs, subscriptions, or coaching services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Overview
Coach Bachmann ("Company", "we", "us") provides digital fitness programs, online coaching, and subscription-based access to training materials.
2. Digital Content Access
Upon payment, you receive instant access to digital materials including videos, text lessons, tutorials, training programs, and membership content.
3. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our content and immediate access, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless required by local law.
EU/UK customers: By purchasing, you consent to immediate access and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under digital-content regulations.
4. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions (such as the Workout Library) renew automatically each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel anytime.
Your access remains active until the end of the billing period.
5. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain accurate account info
- Protect your login credentials
- Not share access with other individuals
6. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by Coach Bachmann. Redistribution, copying, or resale is prohibited.
7. Personal Risk & Health Disclaimer
Training carries inherent physical risk. By participating, you acknowledge:
- You are voluntarily engaging in physical exercise
- You are physically capable
- You release us from liability for injury
8. Coaching Services
For 1-on-1 coaching or custom plans:
- Results are not guaranteed
- Coach may refuse service for unsafe behavior
9. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe, etc.).
In case of a failed payment, access may be paused until payment is resolved.
10. Termination
We may revoke access for:
- Abuse or harassment
- Violating copyright
- Fraudulent activity
